The invention provides a connecting structure of a wall body and a main body structure and a construction method thereof. The connecting structure comprises a constructional column formed on the side portion of a shear wall of the main body structure in an attached mode, a buffer plate filled in an expansion joint, and a decorative layer formed on the surfaces of the wall body and the constructional column through plastering. The side wall body, away from the shear wall, of the constructional column is built to form the wall body, and the expansion joint is formed between the wall body and the constructional column, so that the surface of the wall body is flush with the surface of the constructional column. According to the connecting structure of the wall body and the main body structure and the construction method thereof, the technical problems that in a traditional construction mode, the shear wall is prone to damage, and the wall body is prone to damage and sedimentation are solved, and the stability of the shear wall and the wall body is improved.
