The invention discloses an anchorage anchoring system positioning device and a construction method thereof. The anchorage anchoring system positioning device comprises base frames and standard supports which are buried below a concrete pouring face. The base frames and the standard support are each of a truss structure, the base frames are arranged below a pouring face in a layered mode from low to high and linearly arranged on the pouring face of the same height at equal intervals, the top faces of the base frames incline towards the anchor face, and the standard supports are sequentially and fixedly connected from one side of the inclined face of each layer of base frame in the anchor face direction. Each standard support is rectangular, and positioning clamping plates which are linearly arranged in the height direction are evenly and fixedly arranged on the standard supports from the bottom layer to the high layer. Each positioning clamping plate is perpendicular to the standard support, an arc-shaped clamping groove is formed in the middle of the positioning clamping plate, and a cable guide pipe located between the anchor faces is jointly fixed in the clamping grooves located on the same straight line. The invention aims to provide the anchorage anchoring system positioning device which is simple and convenient to combine, high in mounting efficiency and accurate in positioning and a construction method thereof.
