The invention relates to a cable crane system for construction of an anchorage foundation and an anchoring system and a construction method, the cable crane system comprises crane rails which are arranged on two sides of a foundation pit in parallel, at least one cable crane is arranged on one crane rail, and the cable cranes can move along the crane rails; a sling is connected between the cable cranes at opposite positions on the two crane rails, at least one sports car is arranged on the sling, and the sports car can move between the two cable cranes along the sling and is used for construction operation; the sports car comprises a positioning moving part, an unwinding part and a hoisting part from top to bottom, the positioning moving part is connected with the sling in a sliding mode, two winding wheels of the unwinding part are correspondingly connected with two fixed wheels of the hoisting part through hoisting ropes respectively, the two winding shafts release or take up the hoisting ropes synchronously, descending or ascending of the hoisting part is achieved, and construction operation at the required position in the foundation pit is matched.
