The invention discloses an aromatic cross-linking agent, a star-shaped polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method of the star-shaped polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The aromatic cross-linking agent is prepared by the following steps: adding a certain amount of 1-octyne, 1,2,4,5-tetrabromobenzene and triethylamine into a reaction container with a stirrer, uniformly conducting stirring, continuing to add palladium dichloride, cuprous iodide and triphenylphosphine, carrying out reflux reaction at 65 DEG C for 8 hours, conducting cooling to room temperature after the reaction is finished, and treating the reaction mixture with a certain amount of saturated ammonium chloride aqueous solution, then adding a certain amount of diethyl ether, conducting extracting, separating liquid, taking an organic layer, adding anhydrous sodium sulfate, conducting drying for 12 hours, removing the solvent, and carrying out reduced pressure distillation to obtain the aromatic cross-linking agent. The star-shaped polycarboxylate superplasticizer containing the aromatic cross-linking agent provided by the invention is excellent in dispersing performance and good in plasticity retaining property.
本公开揭示了芳香族交联剂、星型聚羧酸减水剂及该星型聚羧酸减水剂的制备方法。该芳香族交联剂通过如下方式制备:向带有搅拌子的反应容器中中加入一定量的1‑辛炔、1,2,4,5‑四溴苯和三乙胺,搅拌均匀后,继续加入二氯化钯、碘化亚铜、三苯基膦,在65℃下回流反应8h,反应完毕后,待冷却至室温,用一定量的的饱和氯化铵水溶液处理反应混合物,然后向其中加入一定量的乙醚,萃取分液,取有机层加无水硫酸钠干燥12h后,除去溶剂,减压蒸馏,即得到芳香族交联剂。本发明提供的包含芳香族交联剂的星形聚羧酸减水剂分散性能优异,且保塑性良好。
