The invention provides a truss supporting structure in a wind power tower drum, and belongs to the technical field of wind power equipment installation and manufacturing. The truss supporting structure comprises a bottom installing assembly, a top installing assembly and at least one standard assembly, wherein flange interfaces are arranged at two ends of the standard assembly correspondingly, the standard assembly is connected to the bottom installing assembly, the top installing assembly or other standard assemblies through the flange interfaces, the bottom installing assembly is connected to the bottom of the tower drum, and the top installing assembly is connected to the top of the tower drum. According to the truss supporting structure, the truss structure is connected to other inner accessories or platforms, so that the inner accessories are not connected to the tower wall any more, all the inner accessories are connected to a truss, and welding on the tower wall is avoided.
