The invention provides a ceramic sintering method which comprises the following steps: providing a ceramic green body, and dropwise adding liquid drops on the surface of the ceramic green body; connecting two ends of the ceramic green body dropwise added with the liquid drops with a power supply; connecting the power supply to apply voltage to the ceramic green body; and increasing the voltage to a preset voltage value, enabling the ceramic green body to generate creeping discharge or internal discharge, enabling the current flowing through the ceramic green body to reach a preset current value, maintaining for a preset time period, and then cutting off the power supply, thereby obtaining the ceramic. According to the sintering method of the ceramic provided by the invention, flash sintering can be carried out at room temperature, and rapid densification can be realized. The invention also provides the ceramic sintered by using the sintering method of the ceramic.
本发明提供了一种陶瓷的烧结方法,包括以下步骤:提供陶瓷生坯,并在所述陶瓷生坯表面上滴加液滴;将滴加有所述液滴的所述陶瓷生坯的两端连接电源;连通所述电源以向所述陶瓷生坯施加电压;以及升高所述电压至一预定电压值,使所述陶瓷生坯发生沿面放电或内部放电,并使流经所述陶瓷生坯的电流至一预定电流值,维持一预定时间段后切断所述电源,从而得到所述陶瓷。本发明提供的所述陶瓷的烧结方法能够在室温下发生闪烧,快速致密化。本发明还提供一种应用所述的陶瓷的烧结方法烧结的陶瓷。
