Ceramic sintering method
The embodiment of the invention provides a ceramic sintering method, which comprises the following steps of: screening ceramic powder particles to obtain a plurality of powder particle groups with different particle size ranges; selecting at least three powder particle groups from the plurality of powder particle groups, and mixing and grinding the ceramic powder particles in the selected at least three powder particle groups according to a preset ratio to form ceramic powder; and sintering the ceramic powder to obtain a ceramic piece with preset surface roughness. According to the ceramic sintering method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the internal holes of the ceramic powder can be eliminated in the sintering process, so that the problems of holes, uncompact corners, spallation and the like of the sintered ceramic piece are avoided, and the subsequent surface roughness treatment process on the ceramic piece is facilitated.
本发明实施例提供一种陶瓷烧结方法,其包括:对陶瓷粉粒进行分筛,以获得多组不同粒径范围的粉粒组;从多组所述粉粒组中选取至少三组,并将选取的至少三组所述粉粒组中的所述陶瓷粉粒按预设配比混合并研磨,形成陶瓷粉体;对所述陶瓷粉体进行烧结,以获得具有预设表面粗糙度的陶瓷件。本发明实施例提供的陶瓷烧结方法能够在烧结过程中消除陶瓷粉体内部孔洞,从而避免烧结成的陶瓷件存在有孔洞、边角不致密、层裂等问题,进而有利于后续对陶瓷件进行表面粗糙度处理工艺。
