The invention relates to a grouting sleeve connecting joint with annular shear keys. The grouting sleeve connecting joint comprises an upper-layer module corner post, a joint plate, an inner sleeve and a lower-layer module corner post, the joint plate is connected to the middle of the outer wall of the inner sleeve, and the inner sleeve is nested in the upper-layer module corner post and the lower-layer module corner post; grouting materials are poured in the inner sleeve and between the inner sleeve and the upper-layer module corner post as well as between the inner sleeve and the lower-layer module corner post; and a plurality of first shear keys are arranged on the inner walls of the upper-layer module corner post and the lower-layer module corner post, a plurality of second shear keys are arranged on the outer wall of the inner sleeve, and the first shear keys and the second shear keys are both the annular shear keys. Compared with the prior art, the upper-layer module corner post and the lower-layer module corner post are connected through the embedded inner sleeve in an integrated pouring mode, stable connection between the module corner posts is achieved, better rigidity and strength are achieved, the shear keys on the outer wall of the inner sleeve and the inner wall of the module corner post can form radial compression belt when connecting joints are pulled, and the compression performance of the joints is improved.
本发明涉及一种带环形抗剪键的灌浆套管连接节点,包括上层模块角柱、节点板、内套管和下层模块角柱,节点板连接至内套管外壁的中部,内套管嵌套于上层模块角柱和下层模块角柱内,内套管内部、内套管与上层模块角柱和下层模块角柱之间均浇筑有灌浆料;上层模块角柱和下层模块角柱内壁设有多个第一抗剪键,内套管外壁设有多个第二抗剪键,第一抗剪键和第二抗剪键为环形抗剪键。与现有技术相比,本发明以一体化浇筑的方式通过内嵌的内套管连接上层模块角柱和下层模块角柱,实现了模块角柱间的稳固连接,具有更好的刚度和强度,内套管外壁和模块角柱内壁的抗剪键能在连接节点受拉时形成径向受压带,提高节点的受压性能。
