The concrete building wall corner structure comprises a wall corner brick body structure, clamping openings and a connecting brick body structure, a filling cavity is formed in the middle of the wall corner brick body structure, and a limiting groove is formed in the position, located on the edge of the upper portion of the wall corner brick body structure, of the filling cavity; and a limiting protrusion is arranged at the position, located on the edge of the bottom of the wall corner brick body structure, of the filling cavity, the clamping openings are formed in the middles of the two sides of the wall corner brick body structure correspondingly, and the wall corner brick body structure corresponds to clamping parts on the connecting brick body structure through the clamping openings. According to the concrete building wall corner structure and the accurate-alignment auxiliary piling device thereof, through improvement of an existing wall corner brick structure, accurate alignment of wall corner bricks can be guaranteed during piling, cavities of corresponding structures are formed in the wall corner bricks, steel bars can be arranged in a penetrating mode and limited, and stable butt joint of the wall corner bricks is achieved.
