System and method for co-processing municipal sludge/oil sludge by using sintered brick tunnel kiln
The invention discloses a system for co-processing municipal sludge/oil sludge by using a sintered brick tunnel kiln. The system comprises a dust-free mixing system, a forming system, a tunnel kiln co-curing system, a quenching dust pretreatment system, a desulfurizing tower, a wet electric high-dust and odor removal processing system and a dioxin trapping system; the tunnel kiln co-curing system comprises a first-stage tunnel kiln and a second-stage tunnel kiln, and the dust-free mixing system is connected with the forming system through a conveyer belt; the forming system is connected with the first-stage tunnel kiln through an automatic approaching vehicle, and the quenching dust pretreatment system is connected between a smoke inlet of the first-stage tunnel kiln and a smoke outlet of the second-stage tunnel kiln; the first-stage tunnel kiln is connected with the desulfurizing tower, and the desulfurizing tower is connected with the dioxin trapping system through a slurry pump; and the high-dust wet electric dust and odor removal processing system is arranged on the top of the desulfurizing tower. The invention further provides a method for co-processing the municipal sludge/oil sludge by using the sintered brick tunnel kiln. According to the system, the problem of land occupation due to landfill of municipal sludge/oil sludge is effectively solved, and good economic benefits and social benefits are obtained.
本发明公开了利用烧结砖隧道窑协同处理市政污泥/油泥的系统，包括无尘混料系统、成形系统、隧道窑协同固化系统、急冷尘预处理系统、脱硫塔、高尘湿电除尘除味处理系统和二噁英捕集系统，隧道窑协同固化系统包括一级隧道窑和二级隧道窑，无尘混料系统与成形系统通过输送带连接，成形系统通过自动趋近车与一级隧道窑连接，一级隧道窑烟气进口与二级隧道窑烟气出口之间连接急冷尘预处理系统，一级隧道窑与脱硫塔连接，脱硫塔通过浆泵与二噁英捕集系统连接，高尘湿电除尘除味处理系统设置于脱硫塔塔顶。本发明还提供了利用烧结砖隧道窑协同处理市政污泥/油泥的方法。本发明有效解决了市政污泥/油泥填埋占地的问题，取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
