The invention relates to a connecting structure and an annular stand construction method based on the connecting structure. The connecting structure is used for solving the technical problem that the construction safety risk is increased due to the fact that constructors cannot fixedly connect a plurality of densified bottom supporting rods by adopting cross rods under the influence of the construction working conditions after the bottom supporting rods are densified in some existing construction working conditions. The connecting structure mainly comprises a threaded pipe, two lead screws arranged in the threaded pipe in a penetrating mode, a sleeving box rotationally connected with the end of each lead screw, clamping plates arranged in the sleeving boxes in a sliding mode, a threaded rod vertically penetrating through the threaded pipe and in threaded connection with the threaded pipe, a mounting rod, two hinge rods and traction ropes arranged between the hinge rods and the clamping plates. The construction method mainly comprises the steps of foundation hardening treatment, erection of a scaffold on the foundation, installation of the connecting structure between the two bottom supporting rods of each group, formwork installation, concrete pouring, maintenance and formwork removal and the like, and the connecting structure is simple in structure and mainly used for supporting the bottom supporting rods.
