The invention provides environment-friendly C80 high-strength high-performance machine-made sand concrete and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly C80 high-strength high-performance machine-made sand concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 320 to 345 parts of cement, 139 to 149.5 parts of water, 40 to 85 parts of fly ash, 107 to 115 parts of mineral powder, 26.8 to 28.8 parts of silica fume, 14 to 43 parts of original-state machine-made sandstone powder, 687 to 707 parts of machine-made sand, 1090 to 1110 parts of gravel and 3 to 4 parts of a water reducing agent. The fixed parts by weight of the cement, the mineral powder, the fly ash, the silica fume, the machine-made sand, the original-state machine-made sandstone powder and the gravel are mixed and stirred, then the water and the water reducing agent are added, and stirring is conducted, so the freshly-mixed high-strength high-performance concrete is obtained. According to the invention, the use amount of an active admixture can be effectively saved, and the hydration degree and the use efficiency of the active admixture in a cementing material are improved; and meanwhile, waste recycling is realized, and the production cost of the high-strength high-performance concrete is reduced.
