The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses quick-hardening early-strength concrete convenient to construct and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 17.0 to 19.0 parts of cement, 31.93 to 49.25 parts of gravel, 25 to 29 parts of sand, 1.3 to 2.0 parts of fly ash, 1.3 to 2.0 parts of silica fume, 5.0 to 6.7 parts of a quick hardening early strength agent, 0.05 to 0.07 part of boric acid, 0.6 to 1.3 parts of an additive and 6.5 to 8.0 parts of water, wherein the rapid hardening early strength agent comprises amorphous calcium aluminate and calcium sulfate; and the additive comprises a polycarboxylic acid water reducing mother solution, a polycarboxylic acid slump retaining mother solution, a retarder, cellulose ether, an air entraining agent, a defoaming agent and water. The compressive strength of the concrete reaches 30 MPa or above within 4 hours, and meanwhile after one hour, the concrete can be applied to construction. By using the concrete provided by the invention, pavement repair can be completed within the shortest time, and the construction quality meets the traffic requirement.
