The concrete water-retaining agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 to 10 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 1 to 10 parts of sodium hydroxide, 8 to 15 parts of diethylisopropanolamine, 8 to 15 parts of triethanolamine, 2 to 10 parts of amylopectin, 1 to 5 parts of molasses, 1 to 5 parts of COPS-1, 5 to 10 parts of sodium pyrosulfite, 5 to 15 parts of ethylene glycol, 5 to 15 parts of mud-resistant polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 1 to 10 parts of sodium thiocyanate, 5 to 10 parts of isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, 1 to 5 parts of cyclodextrine, 1 to 5 parts of melamine, 1-5 parts of maltodextrin, 3-10 parts of glycerol, 1-5 parts of polyacrylamide, 0.1-2 parts of a de-foaming agent, 0.1-2 parts of a preservative and 836-950 parts of de-ionized water. The water-retaining agent provided by the invention has a nano fine fiber component, and can be effectively inserted into hydrated minerals of cement and other rubber materials, so that the utilization rate of the cement and other rubber materials is improved, the dispersity of cement particles is quickly improved, and the efficacy of a concrete high-efficiency water reducing agent is improved.
