Concrete water-retaining agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures, and particularly discloses a concrete water-retaining agent and a preparation method thereof. The concrete water-retaining agent is prepared from the following raw materials: 7 to 11 parts of boehmite, 3 to 5 parts of glutamic acid, 7 to 11 parts of cellulose, 10 to 14 parts of white carbon black, 0.5 to 1.1 parts of silane coupling agent, 4 to 8 parts of maltodextrin and 30 to 50 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, adding boehmite and cellulose into water, blending, adding glutamic acid, stirring and heating to 70-90 DEG C, reacting for 4 hours, adding white carbon black and isobutyltriethoxysilane while stirring, keeping the constant temperature of 70 DEG C, reacting for 20 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixture A; s2, mixing the mixture A obtained in the step S1, maltodextrin, a polyether modified organic silicon defoaming agent and the rest of water, continuously keeping the temperature at 70-90 DEG C, heating and stirring for 30 minutes, and cooling to room temperature, so as to obtain the water-retaining agent. The concrete water-retaining agent has the advantage of improving the hardness of concrete added with the water-retaining agent.
