Ultra-high performance concrete suitable for underwater pouring and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses ultra-high performance concrete suitable for underwater pouring and a preparation process thereof. The concrete is composed of cement, fly ash, mineral powder, silica fume, fine sinking beads, quartz sand, quartz powder, a high-performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer, a retarder, a defoaming agent, a tackifier, a flocculating agent, water and steel fibers. Specifically, the concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-75 parts of cement; 10-15 parts of fly ash; 10-20 parts of mineral powder; 10-20 parts of silica fume; 5-10 parts of fine sinking beads; and 90-110 parts of quartz sand. The wheat starch is adopted as a tackifier, the defects that other tackifiers are prone to pollution and high in manufacturing cost are overcome, ferric trichloride is adopted as a flocculating agent, the defect that ultra-high-performance concrete is prone to dispersion when poured into slurry in water is overcome, sodium hexametaphosphate is adopted as a retarder, so the workability of the concrete is guaranteed; the hops oil is adopted as a defoaming agent, so the construction cost is saved, and the environment-friendly requirement is met, so that the prepared ultra-high performance concrete has the advantages of high strength, good durability and difficulty in dispersion.
本发明公开了一种适用于水下浇筑超高性能混凝土及其配制工艺,混凝土由水泥、粉煤灰、矿粉、硅灰、精细沉珠、石英砂、石英粉、高性能聚羧酸减水剂、缓凝剂、消泡剂、增粘剂、絮凝剂、水和钢纤维组成,其重量份数的组分为:水泥60‑75份;粉煤灰10‑15份;矿粉10‑20份;硅灰10‑20份;精细沉珠5‑10份;石英砂90‑110份。本发明采用小麦淀粉作为增粘剂,解决了其他增粘剂易污染、造价高的缺点,采用三氯化铁作为絮凝剂,解决了超高性能混凝土在水中浇筑浆体易分散的缺点,采用六偏磷酸钠作为缓凝剂,保证了混凝土和易性,采用啤酒花油作为消泡剂,节约了施工成本,符合环保要求,从而使制备出的超高性能混凝土具有强度高、耐久性好、不易分散的优点。
