Cable climbing robot
The invention discloses a cable climbing robot which comprises a rack, a holding assembly and a plurality of driving pre-tightening assemblies, the holding assembly is arranged on the rack and used for holding a cable, and all the driving pre-tightening assemblies surround the rack and are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the rack correspondingly. The driving pre-tightening assembly comprises a base arranged on the rack; a supporting frame in which one end is rotatably arranged on the base, and the other end is provided with a roller; an adjusting rodwhose two ends are connected with the base and the supporting frame respectively, wherein the angle of the supporting frame relative to the base is adjusted by adjusting the length of the adjusting rod; and a rolling wheel which is provided with a driving motor, and attached to a cable rope and walks on the cable rope by adjusting the angle of the supporting frame relative to the base. The cable climbing robot not only can span a spiral line on the outer surface of the cable, but also can advance on the cable at a high speed.
