Subway station damping beam column joint with high durability and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a subway station damping beam column joint with high durability and a construction method thereof. The damping beam column joint is arranged between the column end of a middle column of a subway station and a corresponding top longitudinal beam and between corresponding middle longitudinal beams; and each damping beam-column joint comprises an elastic support connecting system, an elastic support and a protection structure, wherein the elastic support connecting system and the elastic support are matched. During construction, firstly, reserving and pre-burying of corresponding damping beam column joints on the middle longitudinal beam are completed; after a bottom plate, the middle columns of the lower two layers, side walls, a middle plate and the middle longitudinal beams are built back, pre-connection of the elastic supports and damping beam column joints between the middle longitudinal beams and the corresponding middle columns are completed; then, reserving and pre-burying of the corresponding damping beam column joints on the top longitudinal beams are completed; and after the middle columns, the side walls, a top plate and the top longitudinal beams of the next layer are built back, pre-connection of the elastic supports and damping beam column joints between the top longitudinal beams and the corresponding middle columns are completed. According to the subway station damping beam column joint, effective transmission of loads and stability of beam-column joints can be guaranteed, and the durability problem of a flexible support or a damping support can be solved.
本发明公开了兼顾高耐久性地铁车站减震梁柱节点及其施工方法,减震梁柱节点设置在地铁车站的中柱的柱端与相应的顶纵梁之间、相应的中纵梁之间;减震梁柱节点均包括匹配的弹性支座连接系统和弹性支座,以及保护结构。施工时,先完成中纵梁上对应减震梁柱节点的预留预埋;在回筑底板、下二层的中柱及侧墙、中板及中纵梁后,完成弹性支座的预连接和中纵梁与相应的中柱之间的减震梁柱节点;再完成顶纵梁上对应减震梁柱节点的预留预埋;在回筑下一层的中柱及侧墙、顶板及顶纵梁后,完成弹性支座的预连接和顶纵梁与相应的中柱之间的减震梁柱节点。本发明即能确保荷载的有效传递及梁柱节点的稳定,又能解决柔性支座或减震支座的耐久性难题。
