The rainwater treatment device comprises a flow dividing well, an air floatation tank, a regulation and storage tank and a controller, wherein the air floatation tank is located above the regulation and storage tank, the air floatation tank comprises an inflow water coagulation cavity, an air-liquid contact cavity and a separation water outlet cavity which are sequentially arranged, the flow dividing well comprises a water inlet, a first water outlet and a second water outlet, the first water outlet communicates with a first water inlet of the inflow water coagulation cavity, the second water outlet communicates with a second water inlet of the regulation and storage tank, the separation water outlet cavity is provided with a first water discharge port, the regulation and storage tank is provided with a second water discharge port, and the controller is used for controlling the opening degrees of the first water outlet, the second water outlet, the first water discharge port and the second water discharge port. The rainwater treatment device is compact in structure and high in automation degree; and compared with a traditional regulation and storage tank, the air floatation tank and the regulation and storage tank are used in a combined mode, the occupied area of the rainwater regulation and storage tank is reduced, the rainwater purification efficiency can be improved, and meanwhile the operation pressure of an urban drainage system can be relieved.
