The invention relates to a construction method for ecologically treating a tunnel entrance and exit structure through foam concrete. The construction method comprises the steps that (1), micro steel pipe piles are constructed; (2), a clip-shaped hoop is pre-embedded; (3), a prefabricated baffle foundation is constructed; (4), the first prefabricated baffle is installed; (5), a prefabricated baffle cast-in-place section is constructed; (6), a top prefabricated baffle is installed; (7), cast-in-place concrete support construction is carried out; (8), a drainage system is constructed; (9), the two sides are backfilled; (10), foam concrete backfilling is carried out; and (11) construction of soil dressing and greening is carried out. The construction method has the beneficial effects that the micro steel pipe piles are arranged at the bottoms of the slide-resistant piles, so that the slide-resistant bearing capacity is further improved; pre-embedded angle steel is arranged at the bottom of the prefabricated slab, and prefabricated slab installation precision and construction efficiency are improved; anchoring structures are arranged on the two sides of the prefabricated slab system, and the overall stability of the anti-sliding system can be improved; and a reinforcing mesh and drainage systems are arranged in the foam concrete, and drainage systems are arranged on the two sides of the concrete support, so that the drainage effect is guaranteed during construction.
