The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to impermeable waterproof concrete and a preparation method thereof. The invention relates to impermeable waterproof concrete which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 400-500 parts of sand; 400 to 500 parts of fine stone; 250 to 500 parts of cement; 30 to 80 parts of fly ash; 100 to 150 parts of water; 3-5 parts of an air entraining agent; 5-8 parts of an anti-permeability agent; 300 to 450 parts of an anti-permeability waterproof filling material; the anti-permeability waterproof filling material is prepared by the following steps: a, pretreatment: heating and mixing a fiber filler and a powder filler, and freeze-drying to obtain a mixed filler; b, modification: heating and mixing the mixed filler, an anti-permeability sol and a surfactant to obtain the anti-permeability waterproof filling material, wherein the anti-permeability sol is prepared from hyperbranched polyacrylate, starch and phosphate. The concrete prepared in the invention has the advantage of high impermeability.
