The invention relates to the field of waterproof agents, in particular to an impervious rigid waterproof agent and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: 1, grinding zeolite powder, shell fragments, calcium stearate, calcium carbonate and reinforcing powder in a grinding container through rotation of a grinding part; 2, the grinding container is driven to ascend and descend to vibrate the raw materials, and then a grinding part is driven to ascend and descend to hammer the raw materials to accelerate smashing of the raw materials; thirdly, a large number of raw materials are prevented from being attached to the grinding part to affect the grinding effect in a knocking vibration mode; and 4, adding polyvinyl alcohol, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, methyl trichlorosilane and a sodium hydroxide solution into the ground raw materials, fully mixing, preparing the anti-permeability rigid waterproof agent in a preparation device, and discharging and collecting. The raw materials can be fully and uniformly dispersed and mixed, and the high-temperature-resistant anti-permeability rigid waterproof agent is processed.
