The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to impervious waterproof concrete and a preparation method thereof.The impervious waterproof concrete is prepared from, by weight, 100-120 parts of cement, 30-50 parts of fly ash, 20-30 parts of mineral powder, 100-150 parts of fine stone, 2-20 parts of polyurethane phase change fibers, 2-5 parts of a water reducing agent and 30-60 parts of water. The polyurethane phase change fibers are added into the concrete, the elasticity and phase change temperature regulation performance of the polyurethane phase change fibers are utilized, the bonding strength of the fibers and the concrete and the temperature stability of the concrete are improved, impermeability and water resistance of the concrete are finally achieved, and the concrete has the effects of a small amount and high efficiency. Meanwhile, the concrete is added in a fiber form, so that the concrete strength is not reduced, and a certain reinforcing effect is achieved.
