Method for preparing ardealite-based gelling filling material by CaO phosphorus fixation
The invention provides a method for preparing an ardealite-based gelling filling material by CaO phosphorus fixation, the method comprises the following steps: 1) respectively drying, grinding and screening ardealite, yellow phosphorus slag and fly ash, and carrying out dry mixing according to a certain proportion; 2) uniformly mixing the dry-mixed material, a binder and a CaO phosphorus fixing agent, and aging; and (3) stirring the aged material and water according to a certain water-cement ratio to prepare slurry, pouring the slurry into a mold, compacting the slurry on a cement compacting table, and curing the slurry in a curing box to a specified age to prepare the ardealite-based gelling filling material. According to the filling material, solid waste such as ardealite is selected as the main raw material, waste is turned into wealth, the capital investment of filling is reduced to a certain extent, meanwhile, the process is simple and easy to implement, the prepared filling material is excellent in performance, and the leaching toxicity meets related standard requirements.
本发明提供了一种CaO固磷制备磷石膏基胶凝充填材料的方法,包括以下步骤:1)将磷石膏、黄磷炉渣以及粉煤灰分别进行干燥、研磨和筛分,并进行一定比例的干混;2)干混后的物料、粘结剂和CaO固磷剂均匀混合后陈化;3)陈化后的物料和水按一定的水灰比进行搅拌制成浆料并灌注到模具中,在水泥振实台上振实后置于养护箱中养护至规定龄期,制得磷石膏基胶凝充填材料。该发明充填原材料选用磷石膏等固体废弃物为主要原材料,变废为宝,在一定程度上降低了充填的资金投入,同时工艺简单易行,制得的充填材料性能优越,浸出毒性满足相关标准要求。
