The invention discloses a high-consumption phosphogypsum filling material and application thereof, and relates to the field of road materials, the high-consumption phosphogypsum filling material comprises the following raw materials by mass: 50-60 parts of phosphogypsum powder, 5-10 parts of a gelling component, 25-35 parts of regenerated aggregate, 5-10 parts of industrial solid waste powder, 1-2 parts of a microcapsule consolidation agent, and 3-5 parts of a complexing water-resistant enhancer, wherein the microcapsule consolidation agent is prepared from starch, sodium metaaluminate, aluminum chloride and sodium bicarbonate through spray drying. Meanwhile, the ardealite and the regenerated aggregate with the single particle size are adopted, the regenerated aggregate with the single particle size can play roles of impact breaking and ball milling, the ardealite block mass which is not easy to disperse is dispersed and is in full contact with a gelling component, the water damage resistance, the strength and the modulus of the filling material are improved, the 7d strength of the filling material can reach 9.2 MPa, the 28d strength of the filling material can reach 18.7 MPa, and the modulus of the filling material can reach 18.7 MPa. And the dynamic compression elastic modulus can reach 3,500 MPa.
本发明公开了一种高消纳磷石膏的填筑材料及其应用,涉及道路材料领域,其原料按照质量份包括:50~60份磷石膏粉末、5~10份胶凝组分、25~35份再生集料、5~10份工业固废粉末、1~2份微胶囊固结剂、3~5份络合抗水增强剂,其中微胶囊固结剂是由淀粉、偏铝酸钠、氯化铝、碳酸氢钠经喷雾干燥制得。同时采用磷石膏和单一粒径的再生集料,单一粒径的再生集料可以起到“反击破”及“球磨”作用,将本不易分散的磷石膏团块分散开来,与胶凝组分充分接触,提高了填筑材料的水损害抵抗性、强度和模量,其7d强度可达9.2MPa,28d强度可达18.7MPa,动态压缩弹性模量可达32500MPa。
