The invention relates to high-strength aerated renewable concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength aerated renewable concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 280-310 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 200-230 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 560-640 parts of a gel complex, 190-210 parts of Portland cement, 60-75 parts of fly ash, 4-6 parts of lime, 7-9 parts of a silane coupling agent, 6-8 parts of silicon carbide, 8-10 parts of a water reducing agent and 80-120 parts of water. The use amount of the natural fine aggregate can be reduced, and the resource loss is reduced; the defects of large porosity, large water absorption, small packing density and large void ratio of the recycled fine aggregate after use are reduced, the strength of the recycled fine aggregate is improved, the durability of the recycled concrete is improved, and the service life of the recycled concrete is finally prolonged; and the performance of inhibiting shrinkage and cracking of the aerated concrete is enhanced, so that the compressive strength of the concrete can be improved.
本发明涉及一种高强度加气可再生混凝土及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:包括以下重量份数配比的原料:再生粗骨料280‑310份、再生细骨料200‑230份、凝胶复合体560‑640份、硅酸盐水泥190‑210份、粉煤灰60‑75份、石灰4‑6份、硅烷偶联剂7‑9份、碳化硅6‑8份、减水剂8‑10份、水80‑120份。本发明可以减小天然细骨料的用量,降低资源损耗;减小再生细骨料使用后的自身的孔隙率大、吸水率大、堆积密小、空隙率大的缺点,提高其强度,提高再生混凝土的耐久性,最终提高再生混凝土的使用寿命;使加气混凝土增强了抑制收缩和开裂的性能,从而可提高混凝土的抗压强度。
