Preparation method of high-toughness and high-lubrication silicon nitride ceramic ice skate blade
The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-toughness and high-lubrication silicon nitride ceramic ice skate blade. The high-toughness and high-lubrication silicon nitride ceramic ice skate blade is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 69 to 85.5 parts of a-Si3N4 powder, 4 to 10 parts of Lu2O3-Al2O3-MgO, 10 to 20 parts of yttrium-stabilized zirconia powder and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of graphene. The method comprises the following steps: 1, weighing raw materials, mixing and placing in a ball-milling tank to be ground into slurry; 2, drying the slurry in a drying oven, crushing, grinding and sieving to obtain mixed powder; 3, carrying out dry pressing molding on the mixed powder, and carrying out cold isostatic pressing treatment under the pressure of 200-300MPa to obtain a green body; 4, putting the green body into a crucible, raising the temperature to 500-1000 DEG C in an inert atmosphere, and carrying out heat preservation and presintering; 5, filling nitrogen into the crucible, raising the temperature to 1700-1900 DEG C, keeping the temperature, and carrying out air pressure sintering; 6, after sintering is finished, cooling to 1200 DEG C, and then cooling to room temperature along with the furnace; and 7, processing the prepared silicon nitride ceramic material to prepare the silicon nitride ceramic ice skate blade. The bending strength of the prepared silicon nitride ceramic material can reach 1000 MPa, the fracture toughness reaches 10 MPa.ml/2, the friction coefficient, the wear resistance and the lubricity are also remarkably improved, and the silicon nitride ceramic material is suitable for manufacturing silicon nitride ceramic ice skate blades.
本发明公开了一种高韧性高润滑氮化硅陶瓷冰刀制备方法,由以下重量组分组成:a‑Si3N4粉69‑85.5份、Lu2O3‑Al2O3‑MgO 4‑10份、钇稳定氧化锆粉10‑20份和石墨烯0.5‑1.5份;一称取原料混合置球磨罐研磨至浆料;二将浆料置于烘箱中干燥、破碎、研磨过筛,得混合粉体;三将混合粉体干压成型,再在200‑300MPa压力进行冷等静压处理,得坯体;四将坯体放入坩埚中,在惰性气氛下,升温至500‑1000℃,保温预烧结;五向坩埚中充氮气,升温至1700‑1900℃,保温进行气压烧结,六烧结结束后,降温冷却至1200℃,后随炉冷却至室温;七将制备的氮化硅陶瓷材料进行加工,制成氮化硅陶瓷冰刀。本发明所制备的氮化硅陶瓷材料抗弯强度可达1000MPa,断裂韧性达到10MPa.ml/2,摩擦系数、耐磨性润滑性也得到显著提升,适用于制造氮化硅陶瓷冰刀。
