Road construction process
The invention relates to the field of pavement construction, and particularly discloses a road construction process. The road construction process comprises the following steps of S1, leveling a roadbed, and conducting rolling and compaction; S2, paving a concrete base layer on the roadbed, and conducting compacting and curing; S3, paving a pavement layer on the concrete base layer. The concrete base layer in the step S2 comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of Portland cement, 50-70 parts of porous coarse aggregate, 3-8 parts of reinforced fibers, 13-18 parts of epoxy resin, 5-8 parts of a curing agent and 0.5-1 part of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. By increasing the use amount of the coarse aggregate and removing the fine aggregate, pores can be naturally formed in the concrete, meanwhile, the porous coarse aggregate is adopted, water permeation can be facilitated, meanwhile, the bonding effect with the coarse aggregate can be improved by using the efficient polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and the cement, meanwhile, the epoxy resin and the curing agent are added to serve as another cementing material, and the epoxy resin has a good gelling effect and can significantly improve the strength of the concrete base.
