The invention provides a novel intelligent device for assisting a pipeline robot in dredging. The novel intelligent device comprises an automatic take-up and pay-off module, a modular motion track, a real-time communication module, an intelligent control module and an intelligent moving base plate, and the intelligent moving base plate can move autonomously or passively and is used for fixing the intelligent device to an inspection well; the modular motion track is composed of a plurality of module units and can ascend and descend in the inspection well; the automatic take-up and pay-off module can automatically take up and pay off a cable by self-adapting to lifting of the modular motion track, and one end of the cable enters an underground pipeline through the modular motion track and then is connected with one end of a pipeline cleaning robot in the underground pipeline; the intelligent control module controls the cable to provide constant-force traction when the pipeline cleaning robot advances; and the real-time communication module is used for communicating with the intelligent cleaning system and acquiring information of the intelligent cleaning system and the pipeline cleaning robot. The pipeline cleaning robot can adapt to the underground pipeline under any working conditions, and the cleaning range and efficiency are greatly improved.
