An outer pipe inner boss, a left side sealing end plate, a right side sealing end plate and an inner circular pipe jointly form a sealing cavity, and the cavity is filled with magneto-rheological fluid. Through relative movement between the inner pipe and the outer pipe, a permanent magnet generates a variable magnetic field, and meanwhile, the damping size of magneto-rheological fluid in the sealing cavity is jointly adjusted through the change of the width of the damping channel; and no matter whether the support is in a pulled state or a pressed state, the SMA stranded wires are pulled, hyperelastic deformation occurs, a reset function is provided, and meanwhile, certain energy dissipation capacity can be achieved.
