The invention provides a lifting and closure construction method for arch ribs of a steel box arch bridge. The arch ribs are divided into two groups of arch feet, a vault and two groups of closure segments, wherein thetwo groups of closure segments are used for connecting the two ends of the vault with the corresponding arch feet respectively; a trestle is constructed below the steel box arch bridge; the arch feet are installed; two sets of lifting frames are erected at the two ends of the corresponding vault, and hydraulic lifting systems are arranged on the lifting frames; the vault is lifted through the hydraulic lifting systems until the two ends of the vault are connected with the two groups of arch feet correspondingly, and the vault is tensioned and fixed in all directions through a cable body and a hoist crane so as to fix the aerial posture of the vault; and the two groups of closure segments are lifted to the positions between the two ends of the vault and the two arch feet through a crawler crane, and welding closure is conducted. According to the method, lifting and mounting of the oversized and overweight vault are achieved, the vault mounting construction process is simplified, the vault lifting and mounting period is shortened, and the construction safety is improved.
本发明提供了一种钢箱拱桥拱肋的提升合龙施工方法,将拱肋划分为两组拱脚、一个拱顶以及两组合龙段,两组合龙段用于将拱顶的两端分别与对应的拱脚连接;在钢箱拱桥的下方搭建栈桥;安装拱脚;对应拱顶的两端搭设两组提升架,提升架上设置液压提升系统;通过液压提升系统对拱顶进行提升,直至拱顶的两端分别与两组拱脚承接,并在拱顶的各方位通过索体、葫芦吊拉紧固定,以固定拱顶的空中姿态;采用履带吊将两组合龙段分别起吊至拱顶两端与两拱脚之间,进行焊接合龙。本发明实现了超大、超重拱顶的提升及安装,简化了拱顶安装施工过程,缩短拱顶提升安装工期,提高施工安全性。
