The invention discloses a high-pile wharf pile top connecting structure. The pile top connecting structure comprises a prefabricated pile core pile cap comprising a grouting channel and a grout stopping plate, a reinforcement cage above the pile cap, transverse and longitudinal beams, two layers of reinforcing steel bar meshes above the reinforcement cage and a reinforced concrete panel; the reinforced concrete pile core pile cap is prefabricated in advance, and two grouting channels and two grout overflow channels are reserved in the pile cap; the transverse and longitudinal beams and the concrete panel are also prefabricated reinforced concrete members; bottom-layer steel bars at the end parts of the transverse and longitudinal beams are bent, and shorter steel bars are reserved at the top layers and the waist parts; and the reinforcement cage above the pile cap comprises a plurality of U-shaped ribs and U-shaped rib peripheral stirrups, and the whole reinforcement cage is bound and formed in advance. The invention further discloses a construction method of the high-pile wharf pile top connecting structure. Prefabricated construction is achieved and traditional welding operation does not need to be adopted on the whole, so that mutual interference during installation of the steel bars at the end parts of the transverse and longitudinal beams is avoided, and the assembly degree and the construction efficiency are improved.
