The invention discloses a high-pile wharf structure for LNG loading and unloading and a construction method of the high-pile wharf structure. The high-pile wharf structure comprises pile foundation groups, pile caps, frame beams, cast-in-place joint plates, prefabricated plates and cast-in-place bridge deck slabs. The pile foundation group comprises a plurality of tubular piles which are longitudinally and transversely arranged in rows; the pile cap is correspondingly buckled to the top end of the pipe pile, and a through hole correspondingly communicating with an inner cavity of the pipe pile is formed in the pile cap so that core grouting concrete can be poured into the pipe pile. A high-pile wharf frame is formed by the multiple frame beams, and a pouring gap is formed between the two opposite end faces of every two adjacent frame beams; the cast-in-place joint plate is engaged with the frame beam in the pouring gap; the precast slab is laid on the top surface of the frame beam; the cast-in-place bridge deck is poured on the top face of the frame. The pipe piles are used as the wharf foundation, the pile caps can be solidified with the core grouting concrete to form a whole, the prefabricated plates are used as frame plates and form the wharf upper panel structure with the cast-in-place bridge panel, the pipe piles and the prefabricated cast-in-place are connected to form the high-pile wharf, the construction efficiency is effectively improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
