The preparation method comprises the following steps: applying bright red cover glaze on the surface of a green body; applying bright red soft light glaze on the surface of the green body after the bright red cover glaze is applied; applying bright red water glaze on the surface of the green body applied with the bright red soft light glaze; and drying and sintering the green body applied with the bright red water glaze to obtain the bright red glaze rock plate. According to the preparation method, the bright red degree value of the bright red cover glaze of the rock plate is close to saturation and the color is uniform through three glazing procedures with complementary effects, namely the bright red cover glaze, the scarlet soft light glaze and the bright red water glaze.
