The invention discloses a preparation method of a magnesium-rich nickel slag inorganic polymer porous material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out raw material granulation: selecting raw materials and carrying out raw material granulation to obtain a particle mixture; S2, putting the mixture in the step S1 into a mold, putting the mold on a tablet press, and forming a blank body with a fixed shape under the pressure of 5-7 MPa; and S3, putting the blank body in the step S2 into a high-temperature furnace, performing heat preservation, and finally cooling to room temperature along with the furnace to prepare the magnesium-rich nickel slag inorganic polymer porous material. According to the invention, the characteristic that silicon carbide is decomposed at high temperature to generate gas is utilized, industrial wastes such as magnesium-rich nickel slag and fly ash are directly used for preparing the inorganic porous material, and the inorganic porous material has wide prospects in high-temperature use environments such as high-temperature heat preservation, high-temperature catalytic carriers and the like.
本发明公开了一种富镁镍渣无机聚合物多孔材料的制备方法,包括:S1、进行原料造粒,所述原料造粒包括对原材料选取与原材料造粒,且所述原材料造粒得到颗粒混合物;S2、将步骤S1的混合物放入模具,放置于压片机上,在5~7MPa的压力下,成型为具有固定形状的胚体;S3、将步骤S2中的胚体放置于高温炉内保温,最后随炉冷却至室温,制得富镁镍渣无机聚合物多孔材料。根据本发明,利用碳化硅在高温下分解产生气体的特性,选用富镁镍渣与粉煤灰这类工业废弃物直接用于制备无机多孔材料,在高温使用环境,比如高温保温、高温催化载体等方面具有广阔的前景。
