The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, in particular to a fluid control unit and an excavator. The fluid control unit comprises a main pressure flow channel, a main backflow channel and at least one work control unit. The work control unit comprises a first control valve and a second control valve; a first flow opening of the first control valve communicates with the main pressure flow channel, a second flow opening of the first control valve communicates with a second flow opening of the second control valve, and the second flow opening of the first control valve is further used for being connected with a working load; a first flow opening of the second control valve communicates with the main backflow channel; and the first control valve can control connection and disconnection between the main pressure flow channel and the second flow opening of the first control valve, and the second control valve can control connection and disconnection between the second flow opening of the second control valve and the main backflow channel. The excavator comprises at least one working load and the fluid control unit, and the working load is connected with the second flow opening of the first control valve. The situation that the finished product rate of a main control valve is low can be avoided.
