Control unit for excavator
A control unit for an excavator is configured to: detect an action of an excavator handle; confirming that the excavator sequentially executes the actions of excavating, loading and unloading based on the detected action of the handle; when the start of the return action is confirmed based on the detected handle action, reducing the engine speed relative to the original engine speed along an equipower curve, and increasing the engine torque to maintain the engine output power substantially equal to the required power set for the return action while increasing the displacement of the hydraulic pump; and after the return action passes through a preset speed reduction time period or when it is confirmed that the return action is completed based on the detected handle action, the rotating speed of the engine is increased to the original rotating speed, and the displacement of the hydraulic pump is restored to the displacement matched with the original rotating speed of the engine.
一种用于挖掘机的控制单元配置成：检测挖掘机手柄的动作；基于检测到的手柄动作确认挖掘机依次执行了挖掘、装车、卸料动作；在基于检测到的手柄动作确认回程动作开始时，沿着等功率曲线相对于发动机原始转速降低发动机转速，并且升高发动机扭矩以维持发动机输出功率基本上等于针对回程动作设定的需求功率，同时增大液压泵的排量；在回程动作经过了预先设置的降速时段后、或是基于检测到的手柄动作确认回程动作完成时，将发动机转速升高到原始转速、将液压泵的排量恢复到与发动机原始转速适配的排量。
