The invention provides a high-allowance vehicle locking device which not only can provide a certain parking position allowance, but also can ensure that the vehicle is locked in place and does not shake. The high-allowance vehicle locking device comprises plug pins and plug holes, wherein the plug pins are installed on a vehicle body, the plug holes are formed in the ground, the bottom ends of the plug pins can be inserted into the plug holes, and the number of the plug pins and the plug holes is two; the top of the plug pin is rotationally mounted at the end of an extending shaft of an oil cylinder through a transverse rotating shaft, and the top of the oil cylinder is rotationally mounted on the vehicle body through the transverse rotating shaft; the plug hole is in a big-end-up circular truncated cone shape; and the distance between the center lines of the two plug pins is larger than the distance between the center lines of the two plug holes.
