Device and method for producing anhydrous gypsum from fresh phosphogypsum
The invention provides a device and a method for producing anhydrous gypsum from fresh phosphogypsum. The method comprises the following steps: 1, washing and aging; 2, carrying out hammer type airflow drying and crushing, wherein hot air of a hammer type dryer comes from tail gas of a boiling coal hot air furnace, a boiling calcining furnace and a high-temperature rotary kiln; 3, carrying out gas-solid separation by using a pneumatic drying bag-type dust collector; 4, calcining in a boiling calcining furnace: continuously feeding phosphogypsum into a first boiling calcining furnace, calcining into semi-hydrated gypsum powder, naturally overflowing to a second boiling calcining furnace, calcining into anhydrous III gypsum powder, and conveying to a high-temperature rotary kiln; 5, calcining in a high-temperature calcining rotary kiln; 6, cooling; 7, grinding; and 8, selecting powder to obtain finished products with different finenesses. According to the invention, the stacking problem of ardealite can be fundamentally solved; the calcining process is performed in four steps, and the product is more stable; a heat source can be recycled, and energy consumption is reduced; and powder materials with different finenesses are separated, so that the device is applied to different fields.
本发明提供了一种新鲜磷石膏生产无水石膏的装置和方法,该方法包括如下步骤:1、水洗陈化;2、锤式气流干燥、破碎,锤式干燥机的热风来源于沸腾燃煤热风炉、沸腾煅烧炉尾气和高温回转窑尾气;3、气流干燥布袋除尘器气固分离;4、沸腾煅烧炉煅烧,磷石膏先不断进入一号沸腾煅烧炉,煅烧成半水石膏粉自然溢流到二号沸腾煅烧炉,煅烧成无水Ⅲ石膏粉输送到高温回转窑炉;5、高温煅烧回转窑煅烧;6、降温;7、研磨;8、选粉,得不同细度的成品。本发明可从根本上解决磷石膏的堆放问题;煅烧过程分四步进行,产品更稳定;可将热源回收利用,降低能耗;将不同细度的粉料分离,应用于不同的领域。
