Pier plastic pouring mold and construction method
The invention relates to a pier plastic pouring mold and a construction method. The pier plastic pouring mold comprises a mold body and hoops, the mold body comprises a plurality of layers of plastic formworks, each layer of plastic formworks comprises a plurality of plastic formwork units, and the adjacent plastic formwork units on the same layer are connected through bolts; every two vertically-adjacent layers of plastic formworks are connected through bolts, and then a pouring cavity is formed. The hoops are arranged outside the plastic formworks in a sleeving mode, and the heads and the tails of the hoops are connected through bolts. A supporting system can be further arranged on the periphery of the mold body and used for supporting the mold body, the supporting system comprises stand columns and supporting transverse rods, the outer ends of the supporting transverse rods are connected with the corresponding stand columns, and the inner ends of the supporting transverse rods are connected with the corresponding hoops. A steel mold is replaced by the plastic mold plate, so that the self weight is reduced, and disassembly, assembly and demolding are convenient; and the supporting system is used for solving the problems of rollover and mold explosion of the mold body.
本发明涉及一种桥墩塑料浇筑模具及施工方法,桥墩塑料浇筑模具包括模具本体和抱箍,所述的模具本体包括若干层塑料模板,每层塑料模板均包括多块塑料模板,同层的相邻塑料模板之间通过螺栓相互连接,上下相邻的两层塑料模板之间通过螺栓相互连接,进而形成浇筑空腔;所述的抱箍套设在各层塑料模板的外部,抱箍的首尾通过螺栓相互连接;模具本体的外围还可以设置支撑体系,用于支撑模具本体,支撑体系包括立柱和支撑横杆,支撑横杆的外端与相应的立柱连接,内端与对应的抱箍连接。本发明采用塑料模板代替钢模,减轻自身重量,方便拆装,脱模方便;支撑体系用于放置模具本体出现侧翻和爆模的问题。
