The wind power tower drum is formed by sequentially splicing a plurality of tower drum sections from bottom to top, wherein each tower drum section comprises an outer drum body, torsion buffering assemblies, a first platform connecting plate, a second platform connecting plate, a central concrete column and a central prestressed tendon; the central concrete column is located in the center of the outer drum body; the outer side of the central concrete column is fixedly connected to the outer drum body through the first platform connecting plate and the second platform connecting plate; the central prestressed tendon penetrates through through holes of all tower drum sections; the two ends of the central prestressed tendon are tensioned at the two ends of the wind power tower drum correspondingly; each two adjacent tower drum sections are in axial running fit; and the torsion buffering assemblies and the two connected tower drum sections are used for buffering and damping when the two tower drum sections rotate relatively. When the wind power tower drum provided by the invention is excited by an earthquake, a certain anti-seismic effect can be achieved, and the stability of the wind power tower drum is guaranteed.
