The assembly type damping device comprises a rigidity system, a mass system, a damping system and a protection system. The mass system is arranged on the lower part of the rigidity system, the damping system is arranged at the bottom of the mass system, and the protection system is arranged on the side surface of the damping system; the mass system is directly suspended on a hoisting assembly, initial starting force is not needed in a working state, the mass system can respond in time during tiny vibration, and sensitivity is good; the rigidity and the frequency of a product are continuously adjusted by adjusting the pendulum length, and the frequency is continuously adjusted; the size of a mass block is not changed when the frequency is adjusted, and the damping effect is guaranteed; friction and collision are carried out between particle swarms in the particle mass block and the interior of the shell, between the partition plates and between the particle swarms, a large amount of vibration energy is consumed, and structural response caused by external excitation is effectively reduced; and each part can be split into a plurality of assembly type parts, so that transportation and field installation are facilitated.
