Expanded ceramsite containing polluted soil and printing and dyeing sludge and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses expanded ceramsite containing polluted soil and printing and dyeing sludge. The appearance of the ceramsite is regular spherical or ellipsoidal, the surface layer is enamel, the surface is rich in pores, the density grade is 500-700 Kg/m3, the cylinder compressive strength is 3-6 MPa, the water absorption rate is 2-8%, and the chloride content is 2-10 mg/Kg. According to the method, two wastes, namely the polluted soil and the printing and dyeing sludge, are fired into the expanded ceramsite, so that solid waste recycling and harmlessness are realized, and secondary pollution and resource waste are reduced. The product is stable in quality, and each index meets the national standard. The performance of the fired soil sludge ceramsite is similar to that of pure clay ceramsite; so that the ceramsite prepared by the method can be applied to the aspects of building materials, sewage treatment, landscaping and the like, and in addition, compared with traditional ceramsite, the ceramsite prepared from the two wastes is lower in sintering cost and has a good market prospect.
本发明公开了一种含污染土壤和印染污泥的膨胀陶粒,外形为规则球形或椭球形,表层为釉质,表面小孔,密度等级500~700Kg/m3,筒压强度在3~6MPa,吸水率2~8%,氯化物含量为2~10mg/Kg。本发明利用了污染土壤和印染污泥两种废弃物烧制成膨胀陶粒,实现了固废资源化和无害化,减少了二次污染及资源浪费,而且产品质量稳定,各项指标均符合国家标准,本发明烧制而成的土壤污泥陶粒与纯黏土类陶粒性能相近,可应用于建筑材料、污水处理及园林绿化等方面,另外利用这两种废弃物烧制陶粒,与传统的陶粒相比,烧制成本更低,具有良好的市场前景。
