High-workability slow-release polycarboxylate superplasticizer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a high-workability slow-release polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method thereof. The high-workability slow-release polycarboxylate superplasticizer comprises an unsaturated polyether macro-monomer, a modified polyether macro-monomer, a functional monomer and unsaturated carboxylic acid (ester), wherein the functional monomer DM is prepared by carrying out hydroxymethylation reaction on acrylic acid hydroxyl mono-ester. The modified polyether macro-monomer is added into the high-workability slow-release polycarboxylate superplasticizer provided by the invention, and the steric hindrance effect is enhanced by virtue of the characteristic that a molecular chain in the molecular structure of the modified polyether macro-monomer is easy to curl up and fold, so that the synthesized water reducing agent is improved in the workability application of concrete. Meanwhile, the molecular structure of the superplasticizer contains multiple groups such as hydroxyl, carboxyl and ester groups, the difference of the hydrolysis rate of nonionic groups can be influenced by adjusting the proportion of all the groups, the preparation process is simple, heating and cooling processes are not needed, power consumption is small, and good production and application benefits are achieved.
