The invention relates to the technical field of building admixtures, and discloses a polycarboxylate superplasticizer for improving workability, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of polyether macromonomer and 160-200 parts of deionized water, the adhesive is prepared from 8-12 parts of acrylic acid, 2-4 parts of sulfur small monomers, 1-4 parts of acrylamide, 1-3 parts of a chain transfer agent, 5-10 parts of an initiator, 0.5-2 parts of an air entraining agent, 1-4 parts of a retarder and 10-14 parts of caustic soda liquid. The invention provides the polycarboxylate superplasticizer for improving the peaceability, and the polycarboxylate superplasticizer can permeate gas in the mixing process of cement concrete or cement mortar to generate tiny and stable bubbles, so that the peaceability of a concrete mixture is improved, bleeding and concrete segregation are reduced, and the impermeability grade, cold resistance and adhesion resistance of concrete are improved; the water-reducing agent has the advantages that the water-retaining property of a mixed concrete mixture is obviously improved, and a certain amount of sodium gluconate is added, so that the plasticity and the structural strength of the water-reducing agent on the concrete mixture in the using process can be effectively enhanced.
