Cross-linked polyether concrete water-retaining agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a cross-linked polyether concrete water-retaining agent, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of allyl polyoxyethylene ether, 20-40 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 10-20 parts of an unsaturated amide monomer, 1-10 parts of an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, 3-6 parts of an unsaturated cationic monomer, 3-10 parts of a cross-linking agent, 0.1-3 parts of an oxidizing agent, 1-3 parts of a reducing agent and 800-900 parts of water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the cross-linked polyether concrete water-retaining agent. The prepared water-retaining agent has high water-retaining property, can effectively improve cohesiveness and wrapping property of concrete, and inhibits segregation and bleeding of the concrete.
本发明公开了一种交联型聚醚类混凝土保水剂,包括以下按重量份数配比的原料:烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚50份‑80份,聚乙烯醇20份‑40份,不饱和酰胺单体10份‑20份,不饱和羧酸单体1份‑10份,不饱和阳离子单体3份‑6份,交联剂3份‑10份,氧化剂0.1份‑3份,还原剂1份‑3份,水800份‑900份。本发明还公开一种交联型聚醚类混凝土保水剂的制备方法。本发明制备的保水剂具有较高的保水性,能有效提高混凝土的粘聚性和包裹性,抑制混凝土的离析、泌水。
