Visual stay cable and installation method thereof
The visual stay cable comprises a cable body, a plurality of steel wires are arranged in the cable body, the visual stay cable further comprises an inner-layer sheath, a display light source, a temperature and humidity probe, a transparent cover plate and an outer-layer sheath, the steel wires are arranged in the center, the outer portion of the steel wires is wrapped by the inner-layer sheath, and the inner-layer sheath is wrapped by the outer-layer sheath; the corresponding positions of the inner sheath and the outer sheath are respectively provided with a window, and a transparent cover plate is arranged in each window. A display light source and a temperature and humidity probe are arranged in the window of the inner layer sheath and are respectively connected with a power line, and the power line penetrates through the hot compress plastic fusion area to be led out of the cable body and is connected with an external power supply. The temperature and humidity conditions in the stay cable are collected in time, the change conditions of the temperature and humidity can be analyzed, the internal conditions of the cable body can be mastered in time, the stay cable is maintained in a targeted mode, and potential safety hazards caused by the fact that bridge maintenance and maintenance schemes are not timely are avoided.
