Stay cable anti-sliding device and installation method thereof
The invention discloses a stay cable anti-sliding device and a mounting method thereof. The stay cable anti-sliding device comprises an adjusting anchorage device and a fixing anchorage device which are arranged on the two sides of a cable saddle respectively. The fixing anchorage device is provided with a fixing anti-sliding key penetrating through the wire dividing pipe, and an anti-sliding ring and a fixing anti-sliding pressing plate are arranged between the fixing anti-sliding key and the wire dividing pipe. The adjusting anchorage device is provided with an adjusting anti-sliding key, and the adjusting anti-sliding key is connected with an adjusting anti-sliding pressing plate in a fastened mode through an anchoring adjusting cylinder. The fixed anti-sliding keys and the adjusting anti-sliding keys are extrusion type anti-sliding keys which are pressed on the steel strands in advance. During installation, the anti-sliding keys and the adjusting anti-sliding keys are installed on the steel strands in advance; after a steel strand penetrates through the wire separating pipe of the cable saddle from one end, provided with the fixed anti-sliding key, of the steel strand, a two-half anti-sliding ring is inserted into the fixed anti-sliding pressing plate; after pre-tightening force is applied to the steel strand at the other end of the cable saddle, the anchoring adjusting cylinder is screwed, and double-side anchoring of the cable saddle is achieved. The problems that an existing stay cable single-side two-way anti-sliding technology is limited in anti-sliding performance and insufficient in single-side working function are solved.
