A construction method combining a block installation method and a high-altitude bulk method is adopted, a construction method of a gable starting and deflection control method is utilized to complete installation of the starting net rack, tensioning ropes and temporary supporting rods are additionally arranged in a segmented mode in the starting rack assembling process, the design camber and the appearance size of the net rack are guaranteed, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the rest part of the net rack is mounted by adopting a method of performing high-altitude assembly towards one end by taking the starting rack as a reference, and the net rack gable wall is constructed by adopting a construction method of performing high-altitude assembly from one end to the other end.
