Preparation method and application of MgAl2O4 nanowire film
The invention belongs to the technical field of nano materials, and discloses a preparation method and application of an MgAl2O4 nanowire film. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing lithium-aluminum alloy with alcohol, and reacting to prepare nanowire gel; (2) washing the nanowire gel prepared in the step (1) with alcohol, and then preparing a gel film; and (3) pre-calcining the gel film prepared in the step (2), dipping the pre-calcined gel film in an organic magnesium salt solution, taking out the gel film, and calcining to obtain the MgAl2O4 nanowire film. The MgAl2O4 nanowire film prepared by the method is uniform and compact in morphology, and has good performance when being applied to a battery electrolyte. The reaction conditions are mild and easy to control, long-time high temperature is not needed, and the requirement on equipment is low; the cost is low, the operation is simple, and the universality is high.
本发明属于纳米材料技术领域,公开了一种MgAl2O4纳米线膜的制备方法和应用。该制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将锂铝合金与醇混合,反应,制得纳米线凝胶;(2)采用醇洗涤步骤(1)制备的纳米线凝胶,然后制成凝胶膜;(3)预煅烧步骤(2)制备的凝胶膜,然后将经过预煅烧的凝胶膜浸渍在有机镁盐溶液中,取出凝胶膜,再经煅烧制得MgAl2O4纳米线膜。该方法制备的MgAl2O4纳米线膜形貌均匀、致密,将其应用于电池电解质,具有良好性能。且反应条件较温和,易控制,无需长时间高温,对设备要求低;且成本低、操作简单、通用性强。
